Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This website collects information submitted through consultation, contact, checkout, account, and business-interest forms so Skyebleu Technologies LLC can respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, manage subscriptions, and provide requested services.

Form submissions may include names, business names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, project details, business type, budget or timeline information, and workflow feedback. This information is used for communication, project scoping, customer support, service planning, and account administration.

This website does not sell personal information. It may use configured email, payment, hosting, storage, analytics, and security providers to operate the site and app. Hosting providers may process basic technical information such as IP addresses, device information, request logs, cookies, and session records for security, authentication, fraud prevention, reliability, and troubleshooting.

If Skyebleu Business Suite accounts are enabled, the app may store business account details, users, roles, customer records, leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, orders, products, services, files, photos, messages, notification templates, queued reminders, business hours, unavailable dates, promotion codes, integration settings, payment status records, subscription records, and audit logs needed to operate the subscribed modules.

Payment details are entered directly through the configured payment provider, such as Square. Skyebleu Technologies does not collect or store full card numbers on this website. Payment records may include provider IDs, checkout status, subscription status, payment status, amount, currency, and billing metadata needed to reconcile access.

Connected providers such as Square, QuickBooks, Cloudflare, GitHub, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GoDaddy, domain registrars, email systems, storage providers, and analytics providers may process data according to their own privacy and security terms. Customers are responsible for the third-party accounts and permissions they choose to connect.

Files and photos uploaded into the Business Suite may be stored in private object storage and linked to business records such as customers, jobs, estimates, products, invoices, website projects, or service items. Access should be limited to authorized users in the same business account. Customers are responsible for deciding what they upload and for ensuring they have permission to use and share that content.

Notification templates and queued messages may store recipient addresses, message subjects, message bodies, event keys, scheduling details, and delivery status. These records are used to support reminders, onboarding, invoices, bookings, failed-payment notices, and customer follow-up.

Skyebleu may retain backups, audit logs, security logs, and transaction records where needed for reliability, troubleshooting, security, dispute handling, tax records, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. Data export, correction, and deletion requests are reviewed based on the type of data, account status, and applicable operational requirements.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of submitted information, contact support@skyebleutechnologies.com. Some records may be retained when needed for transactions, security, disputes, taxes, or legal obligations.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested services, authenticate users, enforce organization and role access, process subscriptions, deliver notifications, maintain integrations, prevent fraud or abuse, diagnose problems, satisfy legal and accounting duties, and improve service reliability. Skyebleu does not use customer business data to advertise unrelated third-party products.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies or comparable storage may be used for authentication, security, preferences, and installation behavior. Optional analytics will be enabled only when the selected implementation and any required consent mechanism match this policy. Analytics data, if enabled, should be limited to information reasonably needed to understand site performance and feature use.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with hosting, storage, email, payment, security, support, analytics, and customer-authorized integration providers only as reasonably needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, complete a business transaction with appropriate protections, or follow the verified instructions of the business account owner.

Retention schedule

  • Contact inquiries are kept while the inquiry or resulting customer relationship is active and then reviewed for deletion.
  • Active Business Suite records and files are kept while needed to provide the subscribed service.
  • Live operational data is targeted for deletion or de-identification within 30 days after a verified deletion request or account closure unless an exception applies.
  • Routine backup copies may remain for up to 90 additional days.
  • Billing, transaction, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security records may be kept longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Security and tenant separation

Skyebleu uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, including authenticated account access, organization-scoped records, permission checks, protected file storage, credential-handling controls, audit logging, and encrypted network transport where supported. No system can guarantee absolute security. Customers should report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Individual and account-owner choices

Verified requesters may ask for access, correction, export, or deletion. The business account owner controls most customer and staff records entered for that business and is responsible for responding to people whose data it manages. Skyebleu may refer a request to that business when Skyebleu acts as its service provider. Requests may be limited where identity or authority cannot be verified or where retention is necessary for transactions, security, disputes, or law.

Children

The website and Business Suite are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. Customers should not intentionally enter children’s personal information unless they have a lawful business purpose and all required authority and safeguards.

Policy updates and contact

Material changes will be posted with a revised date and may also be communicated through the account or account email when appropriate. Privacy questions and verified requests may be sent to support@skyebleutechnologies.com.
