Terms of Service

Service and subscription terms

These terms explain how Skyebleu Technologies handles projects, subscriptions, app access, cancellations, refunds, integrations, and customer-owned business data.

Consultations and estimates

Consultations may be used to understand goals, services needed, technical requirements, budget, timeline, and fit. Project estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Final scope, deliverables, revisions, deposits, timelines, and ownership expectations should be confirmed in writing before project work begins.

Deposits, revisions, and project work

Custom website, branding, design, and business-system projects may require a deposit before work starts. Revision rounds, content deadlines, client-provided photos, approval steps, and final delivery details should be stated in the estimate or project agreement. Extra scope, late content, new pages, new features, or major design changes may require a revised estimate.

Design files and printing

Skyebleu Technologies provides digital and print-ready design files when included in the project scope. Physical printing, sign manufacturing, installation, and shipping are not included unless arranged separately through a third-party provider.

Business Suite access

Skyebleu Business Suite is a modular business operations platform. Access is tied to the subscribed modules for each business account. Modules may include capabilities for customer records, leads, estimates, orders, jobs, invoices, files, photos, reminders, reporting, business hours, promotions, and integrations. Customers should only use the app for lawful business purposes and remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter.

Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds

Subscription checkout is handled through Square. Monthly module access is billed according to the selected modules or full-suite bundle shown at checkout. Customers may request module changes or cancellation from the customer account page. If direct Square self-service is enabled, cancellation may be sent to Square automatically; otherwise, the request is saved for manual review. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges. Refunds are reviewed case by case and generally do not apply to completed setup work, custom project work, third-party fees, or already-used subscription periods.

Trial and conversion terms

An eligible new Business Suite account may receive the trial period shown at checkout, currently three days. The checkout page identifies the selected modules, recurring price, billing interval, trial length, and when billing begins. If payment authorization is collected for a trial that converts automatically, the subscription renews at the disclosed monthly price unless canceled before the trial ends. A customer who cancels during the trial keeps access only through the applicable trial end and should not be charged a later recurring fee, subject to payment-provider processing already in progress.

Renewals, changes, and cancellation timing

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Adding modules may change the recurring tier and may create a prorated or next-cycle charge as disclosed before confirmation. Removing modules or downgrading normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Skyebleu confirms an earlier date. Customers may submit cancellation from the signed-in account using substantially the same online channel used to manage the subscription, or contact support if account access is unavailable. A cancellation request stops future renewals after it is processed; it does not erase amounts already due.

Refund policy

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, subscription charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins. Duplicate charges, charges made after a timely processed cancellation, or confirmed billing errors will be corrected. Discretionary refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the charge with the business name, charge date, and reason. Approved refunds return through the original payment method and may take additional provider processing time. Custom work, setup, domain, printing, software, and other third-party costs are not refundable once committed or delivered.

Failed payments and access changes

If a subscription payment fails or Square reports a past-due, canceled, or inactive subscription status, Skyebleu may limit or remove access to paid modules. Data is not intentionally mixed between businesses, but customers should request any needed exports before cancellation or long periods of inactivity.

Failed-payment process

Skyebleu or its payment provider may retry a failed payment and send a notice to the account email. Module access may be marked past due or temporarily limited while payment remains unresolved. Restoring payment does not guarantee recovery of changes made outside the service during a suspension. Continued failure may result in cancellation, after which the customer should request or download any available export promptly.

Integrations and customer-owned accounts

Businesses may connect their own provider accounts, such as Square, QuickBooks, Cloudflare, GitHub, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or domain providers. Customers remain responsible for their own third-party accounts, provider fees, permissions, and credentials.

Support and availability

Support is intended for reasonable setup help, troubleshooting, account questions, and subscribed services. Custom development, large content updates, advanced integrations, emergency work, or work outside the subscribed plan may require a separate estimate. Typical initial response within one business day, Monday through Friday. This is an initial-response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Requests received outside published business hours are handled on the next business day. Service availability may also be affected by maintenance or third-party providers.

Data exports and backups

Customers may request reasonable exports of their business data. Skyebleu may maintain backups for reliability, recovery, and security. After cancellation, account access may end, but backup copies or audit records may remain for a limited time where needed for business records, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance.

Account security and acceptable use

Customers must provide accurate account information, protect sign-in access, remove former staff promptly, and use appropriate permissions. The service may not be used to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware or unsolicited messages, attempt unauthorized access, evade service limits, or store data the customer lacks authority to process. Access may be suspended to protect customers, the service, or third parties while suspected abuse or a security issue is investigated.

Service changes and responsibility

Features may change as the service develops. Material subscription or policy changes will be communicated through the site, account, checkout, or account email when appropriate. Customers are responsible for reviewing business records, calculations, tax treatment, legal language, customer notices, and exports. The Business Suite is an operational tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

Questions and governing documents

A signed project agreement, order form, or checkout disclosure controls if it specifically conflicts with these general terms. Questions, cancellations when account access is unavailable, and billing disputes may be sent to support@skyebleutechnologies.com.
