Support channels and hours
Customers may contact support@skyebleutechnologies.com or use the website contact form. Normal support hours are Monday through Friday, excluding published holidays and closures. Typical initial response within one business day, Monday through Friday. Response targets are not guaranteed resolution times.
Priority and response expectations
- Urgent: confirmed sign-in failure, material data-access issue, or production service outage. Initial response target: one business day.
- Standard: billing, configuration, workflow, integration, and troubleshooting questions. Initial response target: one business day.
- Planned work: custom development, migrations, large content changes, or new integrations. These require scheduling and may require a separate estimate.
What support includes
Support includes reasonable account help, subscribed-module guidance, defect investigation, billing clarification, and available integration troubleshooting. It does not include third-party provider outages, unsupported custom code, customer device repair, legal or accounting advice, or unlimited custom development.
Maintenance and incidents
Planned maintenance should be scheduled to reduce disruption when practical. Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice. Skyebleu will provide reasonable status information for confirmed incidents but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of internet, hosting, payment, email, domain, or integration providers.
Customer onboarding
Onboarding covers business identity, authorized users, subscribed modules, hours and closures, notification preferences, payment and integration settings, initial data entry or approved import, and a pre-launch review. Customers remain responsible for verifying imported data, permissions, prices, policies, tax settings, and customer-facing content.
Exports, retention, and deletion
Authorized account owners may use available exports or request a reasonable export before cancellation. Active account data is retained while needed to provide the service. After a verified deletion request or account closure, live operational data is targeted for deletion or de-identification within 30 days unless a longer period is needed for transactions, taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, security, audit integrity, or law. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 additional days before routine expiration.
Backups and recovery
Backups support operational recovery and are not a permanent archive or a substitute for customer exports. Recovery depends on the affected system, available backup window, and third-party infrastructure. Audit, billing, and security records may be retained separately where necessary.
Deletion verification
Access, correction, export, and deletion requests require verification of the requester’s identity and authority for the business account. Deleting one user does not necessarily delete the business account. Requests involving another person’s data may require additional review.
